Samantha helped us renovate two bathrooms in our rental property. She took an outdated, dark, confined master bath and made it an absolute retreat! She had the idea to take an unused closet with a sloped ceiling, and use it to expand the bathroom, giving it much needed extra square footage. She was our eyes and ears on the project, as we lived several miles away. She managed the contractor, sent us selections for tile, fixtures, and vanities, and brought the overall vision to life.
